I am a Licensed Associate Counselor, devoted to helping my clients achieve their goals and become the best versions of themselves. It is important to me that you feel safe, heard, and acknowledged. My goal is to support you where you are. We will work together in developing your treatment goals and implement various coping strategies that work best for you and your needs. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to find the right one for your individualized healing journey. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for all my clients. Therapy can feel scary and empowering at the same time, and I will be here to support you along the journey. I use a combination of techniques to treat each of my clients and cater to their specific and individualized needs. I am Certified as a Reiki Master and trained in Restorative Yoga. I am also a Certified Holistic Wellness Health Coach and Certified Nutrition Therapist. I am passionate about working with eating disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I am trained in nutrition and use the techniques listed above as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Tapping and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address these disorders.
