I offer individual, couples and family counseling, including mental health diagnosing and assessment. I help people help themselves, with experience treating anxiety, depression, co-dependency and conflict in general. I have a psychodynamic orientation- meaning I find one's relationship with their mother to be of supreme importance. Many mental health manifestations are influenced by how we are treated as children. I incorporate this awareness into my practice in order to help you manage any symptom.
