I purchased a fan motor from them for my Fresh Surround Air Purifier via their website. I purchased the one they listed on their site for my model. When I installed it, the unit burned out. When I contacted them, they tried to blame me, saying I had purchased the wrong motor. However, I have proof that instead, they advertised the wrong motor for my unit. They refused to accept responsibility or to make it right, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. The company failed to answer the BBB when they contacted them. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
