Tour any listing in-person, without a broker, at any time, for free. Acres is a mobile platform that has automated the process of finding a home. Renters can search, tour and sign a lease for an apartment all on their own. We combine smart building access with artificial intelligence to immediately provide interested renters with the ability to tour an apartment on their own, in-person, without an agent. The most important aspect of the home search process for renters is being able to envision themselves living in the space. The feedback we've gotten from the tenants we've found is that a rich self-guided touring experience enables them to view the space on their own time, which allows them to imagine what it would be like to live there. For building managers and owners, the most critical step in converting leads to tenants is getting in front of prospects at the very moment they have decided that they are interested in a unit. Our customers have benefited from the ability to ensure that every interested prospect is given the option to quickly complete tours of their properties and get a lease signed immediately. Our self-guided touring platform aims to provide renters with the most convenient touring experience, while allowing the management teams to maintain complete control of the onboarding process. Together, we can ensure that your prospects experience an incredible tour of your availabilities, while maintaining the presence and integrity of your brand.
