I called them reaching out for help. I was looking for another infusion center. The lady was short with me and cut me off. I was about to ask her if it was a difficult process to change from my infusion center to theirs. After she was acting like that, I decided I probably wouldn't like it there. When someone is already struggling with an autoimmune disease, they definitely don't need to be at a place where someone is going to be rude.
