NAICS 236115 New Single-Family Housing Construction. Thank you We are a husband and wife team, family owned business! We love working with people and we've met and built homes for so many amazing people. We've found that to do life and business well, both need to be centered around genuine relationships. We strive to bring authenticity to every connection we make - from an initial email or phone call, to a meeting for consultation or to sign a contract, or the all-important - the communication needed between contractor and client during the building process. As a company, the results speak for themselves. Home building for us is more than just a job, it is a passion. We love to see each project develop from dream to finished masterpiece. Delmer has been building homes in Central PA for 20+ years, working alongside his father, who built homes for 45 years - what a foundation and legacy for us to continue to build on.
