So My family and I have been using this service for a few months now and up until today if something has been wrong they had quickly and promptly corrected the missing order. Today though when ordering a rather large order and having a third of it missing the owner (said his name was jason) called my house and accused my wife of scamming when she called and reported the inconsistency. He told her from now on if something was wrong with our order we would just be out what we paid for. They would not send a driver to fix the issue. There is no accountability if a driver doesnt check the order and misses something. And even though weve never requested a refund we are scamming him for food we recieved but dont want to pay and just trying to get stuff for free. Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past few months for convience factor of their service but when an owner just calls and accuses someone of scamming when all I want is what I originally paid for. I will simply not use his service anymore and unless you reading this review are willing to be to be accused of shady dealings when just trying to get what you paid for I'd recommend just going and picking your order up yourself cut out the middle man.
