The promised time for the price was kept, and they gave a good quote. We gave them our business because they responded so quickly. Austin Water Damage showed up early and was easy to work with when it was time to get things done. They showed up on time, were polite, and did exactly what they said they would do. A different vendor was in the same place at the same time as them, which made it hard to clean the carpet. Everyone was happy with how easily these guys made the change. Our company will use them again for sure.

Austin Water Damage was able to arrive at my house within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate of the cost to remove the water (they used different tools to measure moisture in my carpet, title, and drywall). Jerry (from Austin Water Damage) was able to give me his honest, professional opinion and determined that my issue wasn't too severe; he informed me of what my options were and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. Within the next day, I decided I would go with Austin Water Damage, and they were able to begin service the same day. Jerry also had one of his techs come once a day to check on the progress of the water removal. Three days later, Austin Water Damage was able to show me the difference in the moisture levels before and after the water removal on their moisture reader tool. I couldn't be happier with the results, and they were able to remove all of their equipment the same day after ensuring I was happy.

I had my washing machine leak water throughout half of my house. I decided to go through my insurance and raise the risk of increasing my insurance cost. However, I called different water removal companies, and Austin Water Damage was the only company that didn't push me to go through my insurance. They cared more about me (the customer) than making more money by going through my insurance company.
