Although we are a relatively young marketing and sales firm, L.A.K.E. Enterprises has already started to make a name for itself and is expanding. We’ve often been asked what our ingredients to success have been. Most notably, we use training methods that have been used for and improved on for over 20 years, and our team works with extremely high integrity and holds ourselves to high standards. One of the most difficult things to do is be original. There is also an idea out there that you can adapt. Our executive team adapted training methods from past work experience to develop L.A.K.E. Enterprises' training methods. One of the most notable adaptations is our promotional structure; L.A.K.E. Enterprises only promotes from within and based on merit. We are willing to train all people who are willing to put an equal amount of effort into learning our sales systems, starting with product knowledge and communications. Our training is intense. It starts basic and moves into more complicated leadership coaching topics such as coaching to personality types and situational leadership. The L.A.K.E. Enterprises team is ambitious and hard-working. Since our inception, we not only meet but also exceed our client’s targets, helping them expand their market reach at an exponential rate for a much lower cost.
