Charlie's is the brainchild of Kelly Margrave, a lady who's been in coffee since 1999. This shop, opened in December 2010, has been the culmination of years of planning and expertise and pure, caffeinated passion. We started this business with the lofty goal of brewing the best coffee available every day. In order to achieve this, we had to start with best coffee beans available, and we believe we found them in Jameson Brown, a local roaster. They carefully roast their beans in small batches using a hand-crafted process not usually seen in large, mass-manufacturing operations, and deliver them to our door immediately after.
