I ran into "Less Dental Work is Healthier!" while doing research on the lead-up to me getting a root canal. Their article on the topic was a huge help, especially since the blog is written by real dentists and it focuses heavily on prevention. I hadn't been really taught what I could do to prevent future root canals. Nor had I been told - as the blog explains in detail - that dental work doesn't hold up in the long term. At least not as well as our own dental structure, which is why prevention is so important. So I'm glad I found this blog.
