10/10/2022 Owen plumbing repaired my toliet for a low flow. The toliet was disassembled by them and reassembled with no prior leak. 10/23 I discovered it had been leaking. I called them and shut off the valve and flushed the toliet as the leak was coming directly from the tank
When they originally left the toliet did not flush because the chain was not even reconnected so I know they did not take proper care in ensuring it was operational. After they repaired the leak and confirmed the gasket was not sealed I discovered the water traveled through the wall into the adjoining bedroom and under the luxury vinyl floor. They left an antiquated fan that did not dry out the floor. I asked for their bond and insurance information and was denied and told they did not want to file a claim. I had to file a claim on my homeowners insurance for their negligence and they refused to work with my insurance to help resolve my claim due to their negligence. At this time I am unable to use my bathroom nor my son's bedroom due to their negligence. Their actions could have subjected my son to mildew and mold and their blatant indifference to my family's health and my property is unacceptable.
