Scam billing, this entire organization is a joke. Worst experience at an Urgent Care in my life.
The women at the front desk are incredibly rude, the one running benefits in particular. They insisted on charging me a copay even though I've hit my out-of-pocket max and I showed them proof of this. Turns out it's because they billed me under an out-of-network doctor, instead of Care Now (which is the in-network facility). So I ended up with a $400 bill for a simple cold.
They made me wait for hours in a dirty waiting room with a person coughing all over me. I think I left sicker than when I went in, no resolution, and $400 poorer. Absolutely disgusting.
