So this business came highly recommended by other soldiers . We needed a move out cleaning with carpets being cleaned as well. The house we had them clean was huge they charged 350.00 for everything which when we were price checking other places were about the same. They came late, one person parked on our grass, the ceiling fans weren't clean nor were the blinds in the entire house, also some cleaning solution was left wet on one of the white counters and of course it left colored residue. So since we were doing a move out cleaning we weren't actually there why they were cleaning we've been staying in a hotel. Mind you they started late so the ended late and we weren't driving back to check the house at night. But we did electronically pay them for their services. So the next morning we went by and saw the few things mentioned above so we decided to contact them and let them know what needed to be fixed.... No response after payment! Before payment communication was fine but after payment we had no communication. I'm all about supporting veterans but don't ignore people that have paid you because you received the money so the job is done. Just ridiculous! If we pay for a service I expect it to done and communication to be open. To anyone who uses this business good luck because I don't recommend.
