Avalon Development has been building luxury custom homes in the Phoenix area for nearly 20 years. Founder and owner, Eddie Hill has been an Arizona licensed contractor since 1988. Since that time, he has been involved in the construction of hundreds of homes across the valley. In the 1980's, he founded a residential framing company, Silverado Framing, which he operated for 20 years. In 2001, with the creation of Avalon Development, Eddie turned his focus to custom home construction.
