Specialized treatment components include: • Adventure Therapies • Anger Management • Dual Diagnosis • Education and Relapse Prevention/Early Recovery Skills • Evidence Based Practices • Exercise and Nutrition Assistance • Family Group • First Responders • Grief groups • Group and Individual Therapies • Medical Health Screening • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) • Pain Management • Relapse Prevention • Social Support • Traditional and Non-Traditional Step Work • Trauma Informed Care The detoxification program is built as a medically managed, residential detoxification treatment model with significant social features. The program provides Incidental Medical Services (IMS). Our IMS program includes the following categories: 1. Obtaining medical histories. 2. Monitoring health status to determine whether the health status warrants transfer of the resident in order to receive urgent or emergent care. 3. Testing associated with detoxification from alcohol or drugs. 4. Providing alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment services. 5. Over-seeing resident self-administered medications. 6. Treating substance use disorders, including detoxification. The detoxification program includes IMS, individual counseling, group sessions, and participation in educational sessions, based on the medical capability of the resident to participate. An assessment will be done by the approved IMS Healthcare Practitioner to determine the level of detoxification needed. The program will not admit residents whose withdrawal signs and symptoms require a more acute and medical detox. An alcohol and drug free environment is maintained at all times.
