Creating pizzas inspired by America! We are proud to be an American Mom & Pop shop, using only the freshest ingredients for all of our creations. We love to travel and learn new techniques, combinations and flavor profiles for food. I'm not that adventurous with what I eat, but having to create a menu that will appeal to a wide range of taste buds makes you step out of your comfort zone. We enjoy learning about our customers, about their families and about the community that we are in. We are getting ready to launch our newest creation........fried chicken and jojos. We are so excited. We are looking forward to catering many graduations, business/corporate meetings, family reunions, even just a Monday night dinner.
