Take your business to someone who is reputable. They require a cash deposit before they will even do a sample. The sample then took more than six month to make which completely missed our deadlines. When you ask for a refund of the deposit they will tell you no and that it is your fault that it took them so long to produce the sample. Terrible customer service. Any reputable company would have refunded a portion of the deposit - they wouldn't give back one penny.
