Tim was one of the expert technicians here. He's crafty to handle repairs. I also had an awesome interaction with him while he was fixing up my refrigerator hinge problem. He's very considerate and professional. He never left my questions unanswered. He's also very passionate about his job. He did extra effort to get it fixed. He even spent extra time on the testing procedure to ensure it was done correctly. Thank you, Tim for doing a great job.

The technician was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had with my refrigerator touchpad that was not working. He even called me 30 mins before his arrival and arrived at the given time window frame. I am very pleased to have their service for my appliance repair needs. The only company where an expert with lots of experience can be found. I was so much delighted that there's an available technician who could fix my Sub Zero refrigerator that was not cooling. Due to his rare abilities, the problem was carried out excellently. I super liked the quality. The price was also reasonable. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
