If I could I would leave ZERO stars. This is the most inept, unprofessional and fraudulent company I've EVER dealt with. After a long drawn out, draconian process that seemed very very weird, they approved me for an apartment that clearly no one else was interested in. The agreement was one month security and one month rent to move in. I receive the lease a week later (for an August 1st move in) and on the lease they've increased the security deposit by $2800, which makes it $8,400 to move in. I was told it was due to credit score (mine is 700 and my cosigner has perfect credit and 6 figure income) which is extremely odd. I call to speak with someone by the name of Scott and was told he was in a meeting. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor so I explained my story and frustration to the woman on the phone. I even told her my frustration isn't geared towards her. I asked if she can "take my name and number down and relay it to Scott, I'm going come up there to speak in person". I arrive to Agam's building greeted by Scott at the locked door. He's trying to speak with me through a mask and a door... Unable to hear him he takes his mask off and tells me his colleague was threatened or feels threatened (it was hard to understand through a door) I explained that the only thing I did was voice my displeasure and frustration with their underhanded tactics and the long drawn out process that I've never experienced when renting an apartment and I've lived in 4 major cities. He still refused to speak with me. So now I have 3 weeks to be out of my place with nowhere to go. The police meditated the situation after I called them and they immediately agreed with me and also thought the process was rather ridiculous. Avoid them
