FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers works with people who have any sort of balance, walking, or dizziness problems. This can be because of a generalized weakness for our elderly as well as anyone with anyone who has had a neurological injury/disease (Parkinson's, stroke, movement disorders), amputees. One thing that makes our clinic different is that we have an overhead tracking system in the ceiling so our patients can be challenged without the fear of falling. We have the Bertec (Computerized Dynamic Posturography) machine that objectively provides information on balance and can challenge our patients in a unique way--especially if they've had motion sickness. Our unique specialty is dizziness with or without associated BPPV's. We have been trained in 10 different maneuvers in BPPV to clear them no matter where they reside.
