We started using Field Promax when scheduling and invoicing were getting hard to manage. It helped bring things into one place, and the mobile app made it easier for our techs to keep track of jobs while on-site. The QuickBooks sync reduced some manual work, though it took a bit of time to get used to everything. Overall, it's been helpful for our day-to-day work.
