Louis Turbeville
Received Air Pods which were defective. Would only take back for credit or new pair. Returned per instruction and shipping label THEY provided. Tracking shows delivered, but they claim not received. Will not answer phone, and have stopped communicating by email. Check their BBB rating ! By the way, when I advised them I would be leaving negative feedback, they threatened with legal action. Will be reporting FACTUAL info to BBB and FTC.

Great company. Very trustworthy, and more importantly, easy to access. Their customer service really went above and beyond for me to help me with my order and to actually teach me about my own phone (yes I am not familiar with everything), so that was a huge plus. Everything was prompt, shipping was done within one day after I paid with tracking immediately sent, and two more updates for delivery. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone for iPhone items.
