Jim Marshall owner Zoecon Inc. did a bathroom remodel project for me in June 2025. I purchased new bathroom vanity/linen cabinet combo, cultured marble vanity top & all materials needed from Lowe's. He destroyed my new vanity/linen cabinet & cultured marble vanity top. The drywall finishing, wall priming & painting had dried joint compound clumps all over it. The drywall compound was not evenly distributed, leaving gouges marks, scrapes then he primed and painted over it. On some of the drywall corners they did not put enough joint compound and it was not spread evenly he continue to prime and paint over and you can clearly see the joint compound tape through the primer and paint. On other corners he put too much joint compound and didn't spread it evenly so there's dried clumps then primed and painted over it He must've used a paint sprayer and did not cover up any of my new materials i purchased from Lowe's. There was dried paint all over my new marble countertop all over my existing soaking tub and shower and all over the new new LVP flooring. he did not measure and cut my new LVP flooring correctly so underneath my new bathroom vanity does not go all the way underneath the vanity you can see big gaps and also around the door frames There are big gaps where he did not cut the LVP correctly, He quoted me one price in the beginning and said it would be done by a particular day. Jim said he would work full days until it was completed by my property cameras he did not arrive until approximately 11 AM and left at 3 PM then required an additional money stating it was for additional days that he worked and material that he purchased, I asked for receipts of what he purchased he could not produce the receipts. I tried contacting Jim via phone mail and Facebook messenger letting him know of all the issues that I found that I'm not happy and I want to be reimbursed for the damage products and the products that I had to re-buy and the amount of what it cost to have his work redone. I got zero response from him besides he 'hearted' my facebook message.
