With the unexpected passing of a family member we had a daunting task....going through the 4000 SF home and deciding what to do with the contents. It was overwhelming to say the least. When I first spoke with Brian he was kind and professional. He took the time, over the phone, to go over the process and the details. When we met in person I was very impressed with his compassion and professionalism. I must say that choosing them was the best decision I have made during this trying process. When his team arrived to go through the contents of the home they were very aware of personal items versus sale items. They asked questions and made certain I was aware of what they were doing. Many times they would bring me items they thought I may want to hold on to. They treated the contents with respect and as if they were their own. I am unable to express completely in words how happy I am with the service they provided, their kindness and attention to detail.
