The East Chicago Community Health Center is a community-based nonprofit organization that is dedicated to eliminating health disparities in the community by providing quality primary care services regardless of ability to pay. The East Chicago Community Health Center services include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn and Dental Care Services. Other services include Family Planning, Medication Assistance Program, and Casemanagement Services. The East Chicago Community Health Center accepts all major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and a sliding fee for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
