Shrub trimming and weeding blunder at the customer's expense. This would be the second time I used this company; it was a disaster. The worst part is that after this company dropped off two men that cleared my whole front property without permission or without any feedback from the customer about what the work was that was in need of being done. Big communication problems for this company - first they missed two scheduled dates which were an attempt to discuss the job at hand. We didn't even agree to a price and two men were dropped off without the owner me being at home. Through text messaging they totally misunderstood what the customer was requesting, which was a phone call to discuss what needed to be done to the property. After asking the workers to stop and leave the property the owner shows up and goes to my neighbor's house to discuss the problem. Finally, when there is an opportunity to discuss the mistake on the company's part, the owner first tries to blame my son who was home preparing to leave for work. When I called him out on this behavior, he agreed it was wrong and they proceeded to tell me his feelings were hurt. This is a huge mistake- there is damage done to my property, huge truck tire tracks left behind. They were at least 8 inches or more deep and I would have suggested something different this year for the total job including not parking the truck in a wet muddy area which has known run off. Rocks the size of 6 inches in diameter were thrown on my patio, thank God the siding on the house wasn't damaged. A field stone wall that borders the house had many large stones misplaced and because it is a fieldstone wall and looks messy to begin with, they thought I wouldn't notice. In addition, it had rained for two days prior, this created an unsafe working condition for the men. This could lead to further erosion of soil which is what I was working to avoid. The owner seemed unable to perceive his responsible and to be honest a long discussion was not necessary.
