T.S. Ma was founded in 2006 by owner Thomas MA where he began serving his fresh, healthy and authentic Chinese cuisine in an intimate and inviting setting in Upper Montclair with subdued lighting, soothing earth tones and framed Chinese artifact. Thomas has been able to elevate Chinese cuisine by using only the freshest ingredients with absolutely no canned vegetables. His secret to success is preparing every dish with the highest quality ingredients available while using the finest cooking marinades. His marinades are known for being lighter, flavorful, and always starch free. He even prepares both chicken and vegetable broth daily in the T. S. Ma kitchen for fresh soups and sauces.
