My pregnant wife called to ask why our stove didn't come with a power cord. Instead of providing a professional answer, the owner berated her, claiming he doesn't sell appliances with cords and accusing her of having an 'attitude.'
I paid $250 for that stove, and at the very least, I expected the owner to be professional rather than screaming at my wife. If a cord isn't included, that's one thing, but there is no excuse for treating a customer this way.
He never offered to resolve the issue; instead, he screamed at my wife and is now threatening us with a lawsuit. I'm not sure on what grounds-it isn't defamation to accurately report that you yelled at a pregnant woman who was speaking to you calmly.
We were never informed that the appliances were sold without cords. While we did inspect the unit, a professional business owner would have at least asked which plug we needed or mentioned that it wasn't included. Avoid this place if you value basic customer service.
