This has been THE WORST customer service experience of my life. He was 15 minutes late, after I'd already been waiting for 20 minutes. I parked in front of the gate, as instructed in the text directions. Some car pulls up, and aggressively starts beeping it's horn. After rolling the window down to ask what the issue was, he then goes into a tirade about not blocking the gate, we need to move... ECT. I tell him he doesn't have to be rude we'll move. I back out, and park in the alley way, waiting for him to go in, and I roll behind him. He then berated me, saying "can't you read, the sign says not to block the gate" I tried to explain, the owner told me to park there. He cuts me off, refuses to let me talk. Then claims he owns the whole stretch of road, that's HIS road, and we need to get off of it. My sister even tried to reason with him, he was again rude to her. Tried to forcefully take a picture of her VIN #, and threatened to put in a report to our apartment complex. He still hasn't told us WHO he was. He's just some random guy, yelling at us. So I called the police, because he wasn't given me any option to recover my vehicle. FINALLY when the police came, THEY identified him as the owner. After they came, all of a sudden it's "ma'am" this and that. All of a sudden he's precessional. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my life. If you don't have to, DO NOT use this establishment. I will be putting in a complaint to my apartment complex, where it was towed. He'll treat you any kind of way, because he knows we NEED our cars.
