Olive Branch Counseling offers professional Christian counselng services. We are dedicated to helping individuals and marriages develop more satisfying ways of meeting life's challenges.  Our goal is to help people find healing and growth through faith in God and therapy as they negotiate the challenges encountered in life. Emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual needs are addressed in counseling utilizing psychotherapy from behavioral science and spiritual perspectives to help hurting people find healing for their whole person. Restoring lives and relationships involves healing from resentment and hurtful life events in a safe, interactive relationship. We integrate professional individual, marriage, and family counseling with Biblical Principles.

PSL Counselling LLC is owned and operated by Sara Alvarez, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL license number MH8461). Sara completed her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health in 2000 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associates Degree in Clinical Psychology. She worked for several years as a therapist for youth in the juvenile justice system and for children in a crisis unit (children who were suicidal, bipolar, etc.) where she learned the importance of treating the individual as part of a family. She then began utilizing family and group therapy in addition to individual therapy with a focus on methods such as goal oriented behavior and cognitive restructuring.
