I recommend joining the company if you need the experience or if you are unemployed. However, if you are not in one of these situations, I cannot recommend this company because you will be asked to do more than you have time for, and you will be let go if you do not perform. If you are interviewing, be sure to ask many questions about the culture and job demands during the process. It is an extremely toxic environment with no work-life balance.
