I wouldn't let him change my oil after the last dealing I had with him. He told me that my gas tank was rusted out where the filler tube goes in. He suggested I just sell the car the way it sat. I drove 7 hours to get a used fuel tank from a salvage yard. When I brought the tank to him, he pointed to a small tube which had a cracked connection. He now said that the tank that I just drove 7 hours to get, was useless because it was broken in the same spot as mine was! Which was far from being the filler tube and far from being rusted. He then proceeded to tell me that if he had known that I was going to get a used tank, he would have told me not to bother because he would have refused to put it in! He said this knowing that they don't make new gas tanks for my vehicle! That will be the last time he touches a vehicle of mine. I immediately found another mechanic who knew what he was doing and was more than willing to help. If I could give negative stars I would!
