Paul Sheene is a crook that stole $12,000 from me. He asked for a personal loan for another project that he didn't have the funds for and never paid me back or even tried to work out a payment plan. He took 5 years on my project, abandoned it multiple times and has terrible communication skills. Stay far away as you can from this contractor. He is dishonest and inconsistent. I still haven't got my money back ($12,000). He uses cheap materials and doesn't meet deadlines. He breached multiple contracts in this process.
