PACE-RI Riverside was founded to help local elders live safely at home, stay out of the hospital and nursing home, and reduce strain for their caregivers. We have had steady growth since opening our original center back in 2005. Since then we have added new centers in Westerly (2013), Woonsocket (2016), and Newport. Our flagship center and administrative offices were relocated to East Providence in 2021. We will deliver exceptional healthcare that reflects the needs of our diverse population while delivering equitable access in an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. We provide quality care so everyone can live the lives they want, need and deserve.
