We found this company on Groupon and I thought it was a great deal and a good way to show support to a local small business. I bought the coupon and I had a cleaning scheduled for this Tuesday and we had to reschedule it because of my husbands health. We reached out to this company and they said that was fine and we rescheduled for Thursday morning because of the Groupon expiring soon. Thursday morning comes and no one showed up so my husband reached out to the company and they then changed their story and said they had told us they would try to fit us in on Thursday but we had proof that wasn't true because the conversation was through text message. The person he spoke to was extremely unprofessional, again all of these conversations are through text messages so we have proof of all. I reached out to them numerous times the last two days and have not received one call back regarding this issue. They did not show up Thursday nor Friday. This is extremely unprofessional and not how a business should be ran.
