Owner subcontracted some random person to dipose of debris from the tree trimming service October 2020. That subcontractor hit my parked car and did damage to my bumper that was hanging on by one clip with a big dent and hole in it. I filed a police report but because the trailor was not registered it had no License plate that I could give to the police. He saw the damage and said he would pay before I told him the police were on the way. After that he totally changed and would not pay for damage because he said he didn't hit my car. No it was the guy the owner hired that was illegally moving the debris illegally with unregistered trailor. Be forwarned
