This company is amazing. I was spending a lot on my IT Services. I've been in the corporate world and knew what my IT services was supposed to look like, and with my smaller business I kept getting these body shop companies that claim "No Contract" or "Month to Month" and then they nickel and dime you for a "block of hours" or a 15 minute phone call here and there. I knew that's not how they do it in the corporate world. Finally found DirectPointe. They reduced my IT Costs by 20%. They are proactive, and preventive, and their IT services are almost IDENTICAL to what I had in the corporate world. (AND THEY ARE WAY MORE COST EFFECTIVE THAN CORPORATE IT SERVICES & THE BODY SHOP COMPANIES I'VE BEEN USING!!) They do such an awesome job. Techs and Account Managers are phenomenal and they will continually get my reference. Oh and from an accounting perspective, it's a fixed monthly rate! NO SURPRISES because one of my employees was on a phone call for 4 hours and I have a 4 hour bill. It's all INCLUDED! I love DirectPointe!
