DO NOT HIRE this company. The owner, Rick Tierney, is a fraudster. I hired his company to renovate my old garage that was falling apart. I agreed to pay for materials and to pay his laborers a specific amount per hour worked. After the demo, when reconstruction started, he began charging me a higher amount per hour worked for his laborers (up 2-3 times what he was actually paying them). On the last invoice he gave me, he refused to itemize $2160 in charges. On the same invoice, he itemized labor charges/hr for 3 workers over the past 3 days (Wed-Fri). The following Monday, he told me that I still owed him for labor on the previous Friday. I found out that he had refused to pay his workers for their labor on that previous Friday. When I fired his company he sent me a vulgar text message. Since then he has driven by my property, several times over multiple weeks, snooping on the work that is being done. He continues to sends me unwanted texts about progress on my garage as if he is still involved in the work.
