Make sure you get their prices in writing when you call and speak with them. I called on a Wednesday to get information and pricing. When I called back on Friday to reserve a spot I was told a different price. And I read back all the prices I was given on all their services and the person I was speaking to on Friday said we have nothing for those prices newest. I read back and confirmed all the prices on Wednesday with the person who I spoke with twice if not three times and he said correction that is the price. After speaking with them on Friday I messaged them again on Saturday about how unhappy I was with the different prices I was given. They read my message and still have not responded. Very unprofessional

ATTENTION! Please don't use this trainer and do all your research before using them. We wanted our dog trained to become a Service Animal. We paid Redefined Dog Training $2600 for service that where never rendered. We ended up with a dog that was injured and a vet bill over $600. Our dog had to have surgery, on three different medicines and two different ear drop medications. Our dog was neglected, sleep in his own feces, dehydrated, lost 7lbs, chest was burnt, and now more aggressive.
