Leo is the most unprofessional, underachieving, overpromising individual we've ever done business with, and becomes unresponsive when he messes things up. He comes off nice, but his actions literally disgust me, and makes me lose hope in people and never wanting to trust anyone again. We hired him for a job to install a backsplash in our kitchen, which is definitely NOT his specialty. He got grout all over our appliances, countertops, flooring. He covers our outlet sockets with grout and we had to hire an electrician to fix his mess.
