Justin Graf is a dishonest business owner beware! He has taken deposits for work and never completed the work or returned. He stole 17,000 dollars from us personally. He never paid Hines Lumber from our deposit and lied about it. He can't pull permits due to his lack of licenses and just check out yelp to see all the people he has ripped off.
