Efficiently perform full cycle accounting and serve as Controller for a range of small- to mid-market clients in multiple industries with diverse requirements. Manage cash flow, payables, and receivables; reconcile all inter-company and general liability accounts; conduct job costing; maintain general ledger; manage inventory, pricing and fixed asset schedules; and produce single, multiple and/or consolidated financial statements. Prepare multi-state and federal business tax filings, including Business Personal Property Tax, Payroll Tax, all Forms 1099, Sales and Use Tax, and Unclaimed Property Returns for all live and after the fact clients. Handle business tax compliance matters. Controls for the accounting process.
