Dawn Getty Sutphin has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1989 and New Jersey Bar since 1990. She has practiced in a large Philadelphia firm as well as for a smaller New Jersey Law office. She completed her LLM in Taxation, a post graduate law degree, at Villanova Law School and concentrates her practice on federal estate taxes, state inheritance tax, drafting wills and trusts, estate planning for individuals and for small business owners, taxation of estates and of trusts, post death estate planning, and estate administration and probate. Her offices are located in Voorhees, NJ and Ridley Park, PA (near Media, Pennsylvania Delaware County Courthouse) for purposes of probating a will or seeking information or filing at the Delaware County Register of Wills office in the Delaware County Pennsylvania Court House.
