We are a 30 year old 501(c)(3) non profit cultural and educational organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We provide jazz and Music appreciation and education, culturally-focused youth programs, provide advocacy for jazz as classical music and for jazz musicians, presenters of free community jazz concerts to enhance public recognition and appreciation of the artform, presenters of Coltrane Jazz festival and other community based concert series, and archive video and audio performances, photographs, artifacts and biograpgical information relevant to the evolution and protection of America's unique jazz legacy. Our associated community youth programs include anti-violence programs centered around music and art.
