Surefire Pizza provides a unique catering experience! We cook delicious hand made pizzas on the spot. Our imported Italian wood fired oven, mounted onto a custom built trailer, cooks pizzas in about 90 seconds at over 750°. Our pizzas are produced and cooked the way it's been done in Naples for generations. The pizza is fragrant, thin, and soft with a slightly crispy crust, and is made with the best imported & local ingredients. We serve our pizzas anywhere along the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden). Salad, desserts, gelato, and drinks can be added on too.
