To my surprise, they called me back within minutes! The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. The technician who came out was professional and did a stellar job - my sofa looks like new. I'm so grateful for their quick response and excellent work. I'll be calling them again for sure!
