Sage Recovery & Wellness believe that our mental wellness should be maintained starting in childhood Sage Recovery & Wellness believe that our mental wellness should be maintained starting in childhood, by learning new coping and mindfulness skills early on and by continuing to practice them throughout life to maintain a healthy balanced life. Our hope is that individuals view mental wellness as something to continue learning and practicing throughout life, even when life isn’t stressful, so that they can put the skills and practices into place when they need it most.
