If I could, I'd give them no star! I had a project deadline so I asked if they can ship via USPS Prioriry before I placed an order. They said they will, just to get my business. When the order was ready they called me at the end of their day saying USPS came early so they could not ship with Priority and decided to ship with FedEx Ground which took more days for me to receive. They charged $18 for shipping, so when I asked them to refund me the shipping because they didn't ship with the service I requested nor did they use another service with similar delivery timelines, they refused to and didn't care to take any responsibiility! Highly Unprofessional and Irrisponsible team! If you have a strict timeline, don't rely on what they say about their processing or shipping.
