Very disappointed! Went to the house to estimate the number of windows for the estimate and missed the storm door on the front of the house. Wanted to just take the screens out and leave them out. Left cleaning materials and used our dish soap to clean with. Skipped a window because he could not reach it. Muddy footprints and dirty water drops on the window seals. Didn't want to tilt the windows out to do the bottom ones from the inside. I think other reviews must be fake!
